The reservation can be cancelled 72 hours before the arrival date without any penalty. In case of no-show or late cancellation the amount of the first night will be withdrawn from the provided credit card.

On check-in day, after 5 hours late on given arrival time without any communication from the guest, reservation will be considered cancelled and no show policy applied.

During special periods (Christmas; New Year; Easter; and special italian holidays -25th of April, 1st of May, 2nd of June, 15th of August; 1st of November, 8th of December) the reservation can be cancelled 15 days before the arrival date without any penalty. In case of no-show or late cancellation all the amount of the stay will be withdrawn from the provided credit card.

"Period" means all the week of the holiday (check-in or check-out between 3 days before and 3 days after the special national holiday).

At the moment of the reservation, booking the room, guest accepts our cancellation policy.
